What exactly does Bequesta do?
Bequesta offers organisational and documentation support for individuals and families. We run workshops on gathering and writing down personal wishes, scan and file paper documents into digital archives, and help people build clear personal inventories. We are not lawyers, financial advisers, or notaries — our focus is purely on helping you get paperwork in order.
How long does a digitization project usually take?
It depends on the volume of documents you have. A typical household collection — identity papers, property records, correspondence — takes two to four sessions spread over one to two weeks. We'll give you a clearer estimate after an initial conversation about your documents.
Are workshops available in Thai as well as English?
Workshops are currently delivered in English. If your family includes members more comfortable in Thai, please let us know at the time of booking and we can discuss how to accommodate that.
Where will my scanned documents be stored?
All digitised files are delivered to you on a storage medium or cloud service of your choosing. Bequesta does not retain copies of your personal documents after the project is complete. We use secure procedures during the scanning process and handle all materials with care.
Can more than one family member attend a workshop?
Yes — workshops are priced per participant, and multiple family members are welcome to attend the same session. Many families find it useful to work through the material together so everyone ends up with the same understanding of where key records are kept.

Estate Organisation Workshops are ฿3,400 per participant. Records Digitization & Archiving projects start at ฿15,000, and Personal Inventory Setup engagements are ฿26,500. Exact pricing depends on the scope of work, and we are happy to discuss what fits your situation before you commit to anything.
