1. Definitions

• "Bequesta", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the service business operating at 207 Thanon Phahonyothin, Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900, Thailand.
• "Client", "you", "your" — refers to the individual or household engaging our services.
• "Services" — refers to Estate Organisation Workshops, Records Digitization & Archiving, and Personal Inventory Setup.
• "Scope Agreement" — refers to the written document agreed between Bequesta and the client prior to the start of any engagement, defining the work to be done and the price.
• "Website" — refers to the Bequesta website accessible at bequestat.sbs.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, submitting an enquiry, or entering into a Scope Agreement for any of our services, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or engage our services.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are engaging on behalf of another person or household, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

3. Description of Services

Bequesta provides the following services, all of which are organisational and informational in nature:

• Estate Organisation Workshops — structured sessions covering how to gather personal records and write down personal wishes in plain language. Informational only.
• Records Digitization & Archiving — scanning and systematic filing of client-owned paper documents into a digital archive delivered to the client.
• Personal Inventory Setup — hands-on assistance building a personal inventory of belongings and key contacts in a format the client can maintain independently.

Services are delivered in Bangkok, Thailand. Home visits within greater Bangkok can be arranged for digitization and inventory projects by prior agreement.

Important: Bequesta does not provide legal, financial, medical, or notarial advice or services of any kind. Nothing in our workshops, documents, or communications should be construed as professional advice in any regulated field.

4. Service Engagement and Scope

All service engagements are confirmed through a written Scope Agreement issued before work begins. The Scope Agreement defines the services to be provided, the price, and the expected timeline. No work commences until both parties have agreed to the scope in writing.

Changes to the scope after the agreement is signed require a written amendment agreed by both parties. Bequesta does not add charges or extend the scope unilaterally.

5. Payment Terms

All prices are quoted and payable in Thai Baht (฿). Current service prices are:

• Estate Organisation Workshops — ฿3,400 per participant
• Records Digitization & Archiving — ฿15,000 per project
• Personal Inventory Setup — ฿26,500 per engagement

Payment terms are specified in the Scope Agreement. Payment is typically required in full before or on the date of first session. Bank transfer and other payment methods available on request.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 5 business days before the scheduled start: full refund minus any agreed preparation costs already incurred.
• Cancellations made within 5 business days: 50% refund, unless the cancellation is due to circumstances outside the client's reasonable control.
• If Bequesta is unable to deliver a service as agreed, a full refund will be issued for the undelivered portion.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the documents and materials to be worked with during the engagement
• Make documents and the relevant space accessible during agreed session times
• Not request or expect any form of legal, financial, or health advice from Bequesta team members
• Ensure that documents shared with Bequesta for digitization or inventory purposes are lawfully in your possession
• Treat Bequesta team members with courtesy during home visits and sessions

7. Intellectual Property

All templates, frameworks, checklists, and materials produced by Bequesta and provided to clients are licensed for personal use by the client household. They may not be resold, redistributed, or used commercially without written permission from Bequesta.

All website content, including text, structure, and design, is the property of Bequesta. Unauthorised reproduction is not permitted.

Documents and personal records provided by the client remain the property of the client at all times.

8. Confidentiality

Bequesta treats all client documents, records, and personal information as confidential. We do not share, copy, or retain client materials beyond what is necessary to deliver the agreed service, and we delete working copies within 7 days of project completion. 9. Disclaimers

Bequesta provides estate organisation support as described. We make no claims about the legal validity of any documents produced or arranged through our services, and we make no claims about outcomes or results of any kind beyond the organisational work described in the Scope Agreement.

Workshop content is informational only and does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice of any kind. Clients are advised to consult qualified professionals for any regulated-profession matters.

Our website and services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Bequesta's total liability for any claim arising from or in connection with our services will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of data, loss of income, or any loss arising from reliance on workshop content as professional advice.

Bequesta is not liable for events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, government orders, public health emergencies, or other circumstances that make service delivery impracticable.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Bequesta against any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or your provision of inaccurate information that affects the delivery of an engagement.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement by giving written notice. If you terminate after work has commenced, payment for work already completed is due. If Bequesta terminates for reasons other than client breach, a proportionate refund for work not yet delivered will be issued.

Sections covering intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination of any agreement.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or in connection with our services will first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to mediation or the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, as the competent jurisdiction.

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any Scope Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties for the relevant service.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it in the future.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.

15. Changes to These Terms

Bequesta may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For ongoing service engagements, any material changes will be communicated directly. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
